Here are the simple steps to resolve this issue in Internet Exporer:

• Go to the top of the browser window and choose Tools
• Go to Internet Options and you will see the heading  Temporary Internet files.
• Click on the Settings button and select "Check for newer versions of stored pages > Every visit to the page.
• Click on OK twice to exit the Internet Options window.
