Benten is one of the Shichi Fukujin, which means 'seven happiness beings'. She is the Godess of luck, love, eloquence, wisdom and the fine arts. Benten is the patron of the geishas and the art folks. Here you see her depicted playing a biwa. Numbered 1/50, titled, signed, and dated '68. It is in good condition with strong colors but small tear on bottom left corner.
